Free Returns Within 30 Days

We’re making returns easy. For purchases made on or after January 1, you can return all or part of your purchase for free within 30 days.

Some exclusions apply. See below for details.

Freight Returns

Freight orders are not eligible for free returns unless our items was at fault. All regular freight returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
If you are returning or exchanging an item that shipped freight for any of the reasons listed below, you will not be subject to return shipping costs or fees.

Acceptable Freight Return Exceptions

You placed an order on our web and we sent you the wrong item.
The product you received has a manufacturer’s defect.
The manufacturer sent you a product different from the one you ordered.
Remember to inspect freight orders upon delivery, and do not accept delivery if the item is damaged or not what you ordered.

Common Reasons for Return

Defective Product
We handle hundreds of thousands of items, and sometimes things go wrong. If an item arrives to you defective,please send us a picture of defective product. let us know and we’ll solve it as soon as possible.

Damaged Product
Items ship out all the time, and sometimes accidents happen. Though rare, sometimes items can arrive to you with damaged packaging. please send us a picture of damaged product first. Let us know right away if this occurs so that we can make it right.

Incorrect Product
Incorrect orders happen, we understand. If you receive an incorrect order .We need you help us to take some pictures first:
1.the part number of the item you received.
it is printed on the outside of the package
2. Please take photos to show the problem.
3. Please tell us your truck’s year, model and cab style or vin# .
If it was our product issue.After we receive the pictures,We will resend a new one or refund.Please don’t worry.

Lost Package
Processing time differs from order to order, but shipping is always on us. If your package tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received it yet, let us know. We’ll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can’t find it, we’ll ship a new product and handle the claim.
First, double check the package isn’t hidden or with a neighbor or roommate for safe keeping. If it’s still lost, let us know so we can file a claim. We’ll process your replacement and handle the details so you can rest easy.

Don’t Like It
Has your item has arrived but it doesn’t look the way you envisioned it? We completely understand and want you to be happy with the products you’re putting on your truck. send us a email, and we’ll get a return started.

Freight Shipments

We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. For items that are too large to be delivered via regular shipping, we partner with freight carriers that specialize in the transportation and delivery of large parcel freight. Just like ground shipping, we do our best to cover the costs of freight shipping so that it comes to you free, but some destinations will require additional delivery costs if, for example, they are difficult to access. Most freight items will be delivered within 5 – 7 business days after leaving the fulfillment center.
Free Freight
Many items are included in our fast, free shipping policy! If your order needs to ship freight, shipping will be on us just like every other product we sell, though some items and areas may require additional fees.
Semi or Liftgate Truck
Freight shipments arrive via semi or liftgate truck. Most addresses are easy to access, though access issues may necessitate an alternate location. Business deliveries are also suitable.
By Appointment
When receiving an item via freight shipment, the driver or delivery service will contact you to make a delivery appointment. When placing your order, be sure to include a valid phone number to reach you during checkout.
Inspect Before You Sign
All freight shipments must be inspected prior to accepting delivery. If damage is present in packaging or product, do not accept delivery and do not sign the delivery receipt. Return paperwork to the driver and contact us immediately on email fliprpservice@gmail.com.
Not Eligible for Return: Freight shipments are not eligible for return. If damage is present on delivery, either in packaging or on the item itself, do not sign the bill of lading and/or delivery receipt.
