We know you want your item(s) as fast as possible, so we do our best to make that happen. If it’s in stock, we ship it out within 24 to 48 hours. Sales tax is applicable for purchases shipped to the following states:

If you’re sales tax exempt in any of these states, give us a email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchasing. We’ll need a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate before the sale in order to proceed without sales tax. Note that we do not process sales tax exemptions after a sale has been made.
Sometimes things are out of our control and items are on back order. When this happens, we’re notified by the manufacturer and they usually give us an estimated ship date. Our next call is to you. We’ll give you some options, including substitute offers or the option to wait for your original order.
If we’re unable satisfy your order due to an extended back order beyond our control, we’ll refund your money and let you know when the item will again be available for purchase.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Adding to a Placed Order
Need something added to an existing order? Give us a email email@example.com and we’ll do our best to get everything shipped together, if possible. We’ve got you covered.
Canceling an Order
To cancel an order, please call our Customer Service department on email firstname.lastname@example.org. All order cancellation requests are given top priority, though it may take 24 to 48 hours to confirm your request. Because of this, there’s a good chance that your package will already be on its way. If your order has already been sent to a shipping warehouse, you will need to return the merchandise through our normal Returns process. Wrong Shipping Address
If you provided the wrong shipping address while completing your order, give us a call as soon as possible a email firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the processing and shipping speed, we can attempt to change the address before it ships. If the item has already shipped, we can try to reroute the package mid-delivery at an additional charge.
We pride ourselves on getting your items shipped quickly, though order delays do happen. Orders can be delayed for several reasons, including weather, differences between billing and banking information, differences in shipping and billing addresses, and our fraud audit process. Your order may also be delayed by the manufacturer due to processing or production delays. If your order is delayed, we’ll let you know.
