What if I need to modify my order?

You may change or cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipment and sent out from the warehouse. Once your order has been sent out from the warehouse, we are afraid we cannot make any changes. To make changes to your order, you may need to contact Customer Services as soon as possible.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you have already submitted an order via various credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and would like to change shipping address, you will have to cancel the first order and replace that order with the new shipping address. Due to our shipping address verification process (see pricing & payment), you need to provide your credit card company this shipping address as an alternate address in their memo. Note that address cannot be changed after your order status indicates ‘Finish’. However, if you own a paypal account and after paying, you want to change your shipping address, you can use your paypal email address to send us an email for informing. On the other hand, in some circumstances the package may have already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be changed.

Can I get same day delivery?

We have 7 warehouses in the US and 2 warehouses in China. It takes 2-8 days for the products to arrive from the US and 8-20 days for the products to arrive from China.

When to ship after placing an order?

All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing prior to shipping, 80% will be done within 24 hours. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

How can I track my package?

According to the logistics tracking number of your order, the system helps you extract logistics information. In addition to Worldwide Free Shipping, the other modes of transportation have Tracking Services, so after you choose a Worldwide Free Shipping, you need to choose whether to add the Tracking Service.

Why isn't there tracking information for my order?

1. The order hasn’t been shipped.
2. The Logistics Company does not feedback logistics information to us.
3. Some reasons like that the Logistics Company sets up logistics query verification code cause us to get no logistics information; for     example: Delivering by EMS will often encounter such problem, At this point, you should go to the logistics site for an inquiry by yourself.
4. To remember another possibility that you didn’t choose the Tracking Service at all.
5. Excluding the above, if there is yet no logistics information, please contact us, maybe we can help you. Any other problem, please contact     us.

How soon can I get a refund?

We will give you a full refund within 24 hours (weekend and holidays excluded) as soon as possible after we’ve confirmed the issue.

What’s more, the additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may need to contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Besides, Fliprp.com reserves the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong addresses provided by customers.
